Requirements- and Process analysis
The requirements for the solution are collected in close cooperation with customer. We use, among others, on site interviews, questionnaires, observation and analyses of existing operations or reverse engineering of software that is currently in use.A preliminary effort- and cost analyses and a rough project plan are, apart from the requirements a deliverable of this phase.
Design

The system design is based on the requirements coming from the previous phase. In the design phase the total system will be broken down into smaller modules or components on which the technical implementation of the requirements will be based. Special attention will be paid to complex requirements where diagrams (UML will be used for detailed specification. If needed a prototype POC (Proof of Concept) will be developed in order to minimize the risk of a redesign at a later stage. The result is a concept for the overall system architecture and the technical details (technology, tools, and tools development environment).

Implementation
The modules and components are implemented in accordance with the requirements of the design. At the same time automated component tests are implemented for the critical parts. The documentation of the developed module will be ongoing updated and completed during the implementation.
Commissioning

The necessary steps towards the production implementation are planned and executed in close cooperation with the customer. Both the installation and the developed solution shall initially be installed on a testing machine and tested by the customer in detail. Once all errors are corrected and the functionality has been accepted by the customer, the system can be taken into production.

Maintenance and Support

On request .. also offers the maintenance of the developed software with defined response times. Necessary updates due to technical evolution or changes in local legal requirements can be realized based on maintenance or change requests.
